How to Send a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing:

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material (preferably with exact URLs)
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  5. Statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  6. Statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.

Counter-Notice Procedure
If material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  • Description and original location (URL) of the removed material
  • Statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake
  • Your contact details
  • Consent to jurisdiction of a court in the Netherlands or your residence

We will restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

False Claims
Submitting knowingly false DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in liability for damages and legal fees (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
